ABOUT ME

Welcome to Fenton Psychotherapy! I’m Lexi and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing with individuals, couples, families and children since 2010.

I received my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Latinx Family Studies from Pacific Oaks College. My undergraduate studies were in Human Development with an emphasis on African American Psychology. I have advanced training in relational psychotherapy, affect regulation, attachment and trauma.

I approach my work with the thought that in healing our early wounds we may achieve true emotional freedom. My practice is deeply rooted in social justice and inclusion. I strive to support my clients in navigating and dismantling oppression in all of its many forms.

I typically work with:

Clients with marginalized identities

Clients of color

Women

LGBT clients

Mixed raced, couples and families

Clients in the helping field and activists

Domestic Violence and sexual assault survivors

Adult children and parents/ caregivers

Caregivers and young children (0-8 years of age, also called dyadic therapy)

Victims of crime

Anyone seeking freedom from emotional baggage
